I am IN LOVE with what I do! I began my career as a Certified Personal Trainer in 2005 and started my own business, Fitness Is a Lifestyle, in 2006. Fit Style emerged from that in 2014 and is now an ever-expanding business.  Working out is my passion, and I love being able to help other people develop the same love for health and fitness that I have.

My ultimate objective with Fit Style is to help people feel good about themselves. Self-confidence (I believe) is the key to all success in life, and nothing builds self-confidence better than a strong, lean, healthy body. I love helping people realize their physical potential, and being there when they break through mental barriers by doing things they never thought their bodies could.
I am ecstatic about life and the opportunity that Personal Training affords me to share my excitement with others – it’s amazing to see my clients’ attitudes change right before my eyes some days! I do what I love and love what I do, and if I can help even one person improve their quality of life through fitness, I have met my goal.

I have been a personal trainer since 2010 and am excited to bring my knowledge to the Fit Style team. I am a nationally qualified bodybuilder specializing in nutrition, functional training, sports performance and competition prep/offseason training.

Guiding my clients through their success journeys is what brings much life into my area of work. I am eager to help clients exceed their goals by tailoring workouts to meet their specific needs and interests as well as coming up with a nutrition plan that compliments their fitness goals.

I love sharing my passion and knowledge with others, and look forward to challenging new clients to be their very best!

My relationship with fitness started about 12 years ago when I reached a breaking point with myself. I was overweight and very unhealthy, so I started weight lifting & researching how to eat correctly. After successfully losing 30 lbs, the help of a trainer & a lot of dedication, I decided to get more disciplined and I began competing in the NPC. I did my 1st figure competition in 2008 & since then have competed in over a dozen competitions.
Prepping for shows not only transformed my body but it allowed me to become more disciplined in many other areas of my life. I learned a lot about myself & how far you really can push yourself.

Over the past several years I have developed a deep appreciation for exercise science & nutrition. I have completely embraced the lifestyle through consistency and adopting healthy habits. I want to share this love for nutrition & fitness with everyone who wants it! It is my pursuit and passion to help you reach your goals & create a lifestyle where you can KEEP those goals.
