BOSU BLAST:
A total body workout that will force your body to recruit numerous core and stabalizing muscles as you work to improve balance and strength.


CARDIO KICKBOXING:
Combination of martial arts and high intensity cardio improving stamina, core strength, endurance, coordination and overall fitness while burning calories!


HIIT CIRCUIT:
High Instensity Circuit Training – A total body workout incorporating resistance and body weight exercises for upper body, lower body, core, and cardio.


KETTLEBELLS:
Functional, whole-body, strength and conditioning class created using kettlebells and body weight to sculpt beautiful muscle and burn ugly fat!


SUMMER SHAPE UP:
Get your body beach and pool ready by breaking a sweat with this fun workout focusing on cardio, core, glutes, and arms!


ZUMBA/PiYO FUSION:
A fun cardio dance fitness workout (no dance experience necessary!) strategically combined with a high-intensity, muscle-sculpting Pilates & Yoga influenced movements to strengthen your entire body.


ZUMBA:
Come sweat, shake, & shimmy away calories in this fun dance fitness class! (No dance experience necessary!)
