“The Body Morph Challenge is a great diet and exercise program that worked for me! I love that it is 8-weeks rather than 6-weeks long and only requires four workouts per week, taught by certified personal trainers. It also includes four very helpful personal training sessions. The exercise classes combined with a healthy diet helped me reach my fitness goal and I now have so much more energy!
